6 Color Digital Inkjet Sublimation Ink 

Product Description

Sublimation inks are designed to apply a mirror image onto paper for transfer to the final substrate. The prints are transferred via heat and pressure onto most polyester or synthetic materials. Sublimation inks appear to be weaker and duller than standard inks on paper. While the dyes develop their true color strength and brilliance after transferred onto suitable substrates. Digital sublimation ink and offset sublimation ink belong to sublimation ink.

Differences Between Offset Sublimation Ink and Digital Sublimation Ink

1) Offset sublimation ink only can be used on offset printer. Digital sublimation ink is used on digitial printer.

2) Digital sublimation ink is different for various printer head. While offset sublimation ink is suitable for most printer.

3) Digital sublimation ink is water based. The offset sublimation ink is solvent based.

Use method

Conditional attribute

(1)Be able to adapt to the demand for middle-speed or high-speed printing.
(2)During the normal condition, use the ink on the machine directly.

The printing process just needs 3 steps
(1) Print the image on paper, and normal paper is ok.
(2) Put the printed paper on substrate, such as polyester and nylon fabric.
(3) Put the paper and fabric on the heat-transfer machine. When the temperature reaches 180-220°C, the image will be transfer printed from paper onto the substrate.
